Who braves the heat waves in the marsh? I prefer my temperatures in the 30s and 40s I head for mountain lakes and rivers for a bit of cast and blast action.

I don't care what the Temps are if the season is open I'm going.

Holy sweat you butt off in waders on Monday .We killed 11 ducks between 2 of us so it was all good still having a hard time breathing on how bad I choked on geese -O,-
I don't really have the luxury of a flexible schedule. I go when I can, and that includes the 80 degree days (see you all on Saturday).

Breathable waders have made these hunts much more enjoyable than they were back in the days when I only had neoprene.

I don't mind the heat it's those freaking devil spawn mesquiteos that get to me! I'm still recovering from last weekend but I bet I won't leave the bug spray home this weekend!
