We launched at Bullfrog at 6 PM on Friday and made our way to Moqui Canyon. We went to the very back and set up "home base" then started to fish the canyon's many rock piles. Right off the bat our group started getting bites and catching small Smallmouth Bass and Sunfish............................... full 2 page report and photos at the below link.

Powell is a great place to spend some time. If you know how to find fish, you can do very well. A lot of people find it hard to get on fish especially if there is no top water action. Did you notice that the larger stripers have no fillet to them at all? Seems the smaller fish are the best for filleting. Glad you were able to help support the management of the lake by removing a lot of those smaller stripers. I can see by your pictures you are ready for some more fish frys!
