I've seen white and grey turkeys quite a few times the last three years in the Northern part of Utah. I could be wrong but I don't think they are considered albino.

Yes there are such things as albino turkeys. All the colors that are found in domesticated turkeys originally came from wild turkeys. There are very common coloration such as smoky grey that can make up a pretty large percentage of certain turkey populations.
