Bonus Point Question?

I have read through the proclamation and I can't seem to find anything on this... If a Utah resident moves to another state, do they keep their bonus points, or do you loose them and have to start over as a non resident?
I figured someone on here has to know the answer!

You keep them.

Just have to apply in the non-res pool.

Then after you apply for 20 years as a non resident for all the species you can move back to Utah and put in for just about anything and draw the tag.
