At those ticket prices, you could buy them and pay the regular tithing and then report to the bishop that you were paying 15%.Maybe...... check with your Bishop, maybe he will give you his blessing to use your tithing to buy the tickets.
And if the Cougs are bad, it would be a legitimate sacrifice to sit through the games.
