I have a pair of Cabelas Euro binos and the front lens caps broke so I took them in today to just get a new set of lens covers, it turns out they cannot get those so they just gave me a brand new set of binos. I gotta say I was suprised I have heard they were good with customer service but they treated me well. Just thought I would share me story.

In my experience Cabela's customer service is much better than Sportsmans. Just my experience.

I guess I'll tell my story about Cabelas. In 1985, I got a pair of cabelas binoculars from my Dad for my birthday. Nothing much - just a little 8x25 compact pair. In 2001, they didn't work anymore. So I sent them back to Cabelas. They didn't make that set anymore, hadn't for 15 years. But they replaced them with the closest thing they had to it. 16 years after I got a fairly cheap pair of binos - and they replaced them no questions asked. Good company.
