I have always thought that the cold changes how your bow shoots but I think with todays high quality limbs and strings it is not as much of an issue. I shot outside a few weeks ago making sure my pins were still dialed in for a winter 3D leauge I am shooting. It was about 35-40 degrees out side and I had to make no pin adjustments from where I set them during the summer before the bow hunt. From 20-50 yards everything still shot the same.
