My wife has developed a new hobby and it's making custom soaps. She sold a lot during Christmas time and she thinking about starting a line for hunters. What do you think about these patterns. Which ones do you like the best and which ones would you possibly buy at some point? There are several scents available.

Back when I was married I always got into trouble using the "decorative" soap that was sitting near the sink.

I once asked my ex what the purpose of the soap was if it wasn't to clean things?

My wife makes and sells a bunch each year. Those and "sugar scrubs". Oddly several mechanic types really like the sugar scrubs to get oil and grit off of hands. Works well that.

Wait till your wife learns how to make "bath bombs" ... lol

My wife got into it over 10 years ago... I pushed her to maybe try and make a business out of it, but even then there are so many people also doing it, unless you have a really niche product, its just not a good enough money maker. So she makes up batches for Christmas presents, birthdays... weddings etc etc. People do pay her for her time, but the demand outside of special events isnt enough to sustain it.

Looks pretty awesome - love the entrepreneurial spirit!

I’d buy some to support small business and all the designs look pretty cool! I like the first one the best.
I agree with CPAjeff, I also like the third one, keep us informed, I would also buy some if it's not too perfumy.

I completely agree, it's more of a hobby than anything else.
