The Utah Delta Waterfowl Chapters will be hosting a Youth Waterfowl Festival on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at Farmington Bay WMA starting at 8:00 AM.
Through the Youth Waterfowl Festival, children will be given the opportunity to experience the outdoors through hands-on activities, education, fellowship, and family fun. Children attending will learn about waterfowl and the importance of conservation. A strong emphasis on "Fun" keeps the kids interested while learning.
This is a FREE event, which will include lunch and all the kids will go home with some goodies. Activities include duck/goose calling, decoy setup,
dog training, shooting safety, and airboat rides.
This festival is dedicated to inform, educate, and involve youth in waterfowl conservation and the wise stewardship of our natural resources.
