Fall Bass fishing heating up!

Fall is one of my favorite times to target Bass. I'm very excited this year because this will be my first fall, bass fishing in Utah. I loved fishing crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and jerkbaits in the fall back in SC... hopefully they work here too!

What are some of your favorite lures/techniques for fall fishing (doesn't have to be Bass related)?

Happy fishing! :D

I caught my first Large mouth on a fly rod sunday, what a rush. Used a popper. : :p
Anything that immitates a crawfish. The bass are getting ready for the cold, so they can't pass up on their favorite source of protein.
I like to use brownish sparklish wooly buggers cast toward shore and slowly stripped out (toward me).

Also, anything minnowish. Young-of-the-year perch and other fish are large enough to garner a hungry bass's attention.

Yeah, I can't wait to do that too! I bet that is quite a rush! What WT rod did you use?
6lbs. I caught 3 today not on the fly rod however. I've noticed the fishing is getting hotter.
