Foiles... Have to ask

I have to ask. Has there been anything new on the Falling Skies 4, or should I say 4th shell incident ? Last I heard was that the video had been edited and that the officals (both US and Canadian) were looking into the matter. Has there been any citations issued or has it been swept under the rug ?

We will not here any info till the investigation is over and charges, if any, are filled. All are innocent until proven guility in a court of law.

I would imagine that with 2 goverments' agencies being involved it will take twice as longer than usual to get anything accomplished in the investigation.
