I had a cold that put me out of commission for 2 weeks...I woulda went Saturday but my cold went from sinuses to starting to effect my lungs and I didn't want to risk getting pneumonia or something worse...

I did make this silly little video on my other youtube channel instead...

Should be up on the mountain this Saturday hopefully filling my deer tag

When you get a cold start taking zinc, it will help keep viruses from replicating and cut's down the length and severity of a cold.

I said Z I N K not C O P P E R !!!!

You can get the zinc supplements pretty much anywhere just look in the vitamin section. Like $3 for a big bottle

There is a lot more zinc in a penny than copper.

All the pennies since 1983 have been 97.5% zinc and 2.5% copper.

I actually did this I was taking zinc. It was a sinus infection then whwatever crap got into my lungs...so i got some antibiotics to knock it out...

I've had that happen a couple of times too...usually turns into bronchitis for me but has turned into pneumonia once..sucks

ya bronchitis sux...i was like 75% ready to go hunting friday night then i thought about the possibility of it turning into pneumonia and i chickened out.

My wife has had the same symptons took her to San Diego, got a little better, but started deep coughing again. Took her to the doc and she has walking pheumonia.-O,-
Had the crap for a month now.
