My vote is for sale. Highest bidder gets it. I was thinking if EPEK could shave 1/8 off of my next re-fi, I would vote for him, but it doesn't look like he needs the help.

Bring the offers. I may be willing tp persuade othesr to vote on way or another for the right price as well. I am the new forum lobbyist/SE group.
