My parents are the same, they bought a house about the same price as yours in EM in 2002 when everything was dusty and cheap, and it’s quadrupled in price. The thing is if we were to move, we couldn’t get a bigger house (only reason to move, I’m 2nd of 8 kids) cuz they’re way more expensive. We’ve been looking around some parts of Tennessee Missouri and Kentucky but no newsvyet
