5 people got warnings. Had a gun or had an intent, I'm not sure how this works.

1 Person got nothing. Maybe a photographer.

This is crazy and I think that all DWR/DNR should implement a random program like this. I would be interested in the results.

Interesting story, thanks for posting the link. Four citations were given, totaling $3,160 in fines, that's only an average of a $790 ticket. I would think the fines should be ten times that, and a loss of hunting privileges.

I would have guessed a much lower percentage of post season shooters. During the season I would consider this normal but why are so many folks shooting a mediocre buck out of season? No trophy value, I'm not buying the hunger excuse, so I'd love to hear an explanation of why? ----SS
