But when I lay down and look at it there is a nice elk in it.

coloration tells me it's a huge buck. Antlers look more like a raghorn bull though.

After looking at it again I say its a doe with bicycle handlebars in her mouth

It's a buck deer. Spotted him about two miles away. Picture is through my Kowa TSN spotter on 40 power. Don't know if we'll be able to find him this fall but he would work. Don't know how wide but has to be near 3'. -----SS
