Jazz return today! All games will be broadcast and televised. First game is tomorrow at 6 pm for a scrimmage game against the Suns. Interesting setting. Will be weird but kind of fun to watch how it goes. One things for certain (hopefully) that this will be a once in a lifetime situation as far as the NBA goes, I'll be watching all the Jazz games for sure, playoffs will be interesting for sure.

Here's the schedule and TV/broadcast info for the 3 scrimmage games, and 8 "regular season" games. Then the playoffs will begin.

I am excited that sports leagues are opening back up. However, without being political, I just can't support the NBA right now. I get what they are doing as most of the league is minority, however they want to support one social injustice while accepting hundreds of millions of dollars from China where so many atrocities are committed against their own people.

Here's hoping for a college football season!

They aren't accepting it any more than you are by putting this message into whatever electronic device you pushed send on that was assuredly made there. What exactly is America as a whole doing to stand up to China? I'm sorry, that's a sorry excuse to not support their push for racial equality. The NBA and it's players are advocating for a cause that directly affects them. I really wish that a community that's about 2% black statewide would do a bit more open minded listening on this subject than find excuses to avoid it. Kinda wild how a dude like Donovan can go to local college and high school games, give tons of kids shoes, take more time than anyone to sign everything he can at all times, help feed an entire school district in the Salt Lake valley during Covid, and then gets such pushback when he asks for an open mind and listening ear on something he's trying to get across. Doesn't mean people have to agree 100% but it's embarrassing for our community to use "well they didn't stand up to China" or "all lives matter" as an excuse to avoid an uncomfortable conversation on race issues in America that truthfully, most people don't even remotely understand or try to understand in this state.

Btw, I've really enjoyed the NBA restart so far.
