I hit the Jordan river last night. I hit it by the parkway on 5300 south. I walked up and down it. I only caught one white bass where the pipe drains into the river. I had a few bites on a floating worm but nothing big.
I was right there last night also running with my dog. Ive seen some people do pretty good for the cat fish just tossing a work or a piece of shrimp around the pillars on the overpass. Ive caught a few there in the past. Was the WB very big?
I fish there all the time. I love the parkway. The bass was about 8 inches. Not sure if that is big or not. seams to be about what I catch. I uselly catch cats and carp. I have had a few and very few trout mixed in.
I have never seen a trout pulled from the Jordan. How big are the trout that you usually see? I have heard that there aren't many in there but that there are some 2 and 3 pounders in there. Is that the spot where a canal runs across the river?
