Asia?
LE Central Mountain Elk Hunt starts Nov 5th
Haven't lived in the area in a while and have not had the opportunity to scout in advance. And with the strange weather this year, I'm not sure where to hunt in Asia. A big unit. Can anyone tell me where they have you been seeing them? Email me if you want [email protected]. I won't share yor info with anyone.

What specific unit do you have, and are you sure it doesn't start November 7th, NOT the 5th?
I too am a little confused about the word Asia...
If you want you can PM me and I'll let you know where I saw a decent bull during the GS hunt, not saying he'll still be there now but it's a lead.

I hear Tajikistan is a good place to hunt. It's in Asia.
Asian elk are cool... they have curly hair, but otherwise look like our elk.

My wife is Asian. She doesn't know anything about elk.
Maral stags are definitely on my trophy to do list. I love the tendency to crown up at the top like a Roosevelt's elk
