Legislature....Again

I see that HB469 was signed by Cox yesterday. A last minute amendment allows year-round, quota-free cougar hunting, inserted on day 43 of the session without discussion. Nicely played by our super majority legislators. Who needs scienctific wildlife management, anyway?

But it also bans trail cameras from July 31-Dec 31, which I agree with and was way past due.
