My father-in-law wanted to go back to Mantua so we went yesterday. It was windy to one degree or another all day with the wind coming from all quarters and finally settling on being a southwind. We trolled for trout and bait fished for bluegill and bass. We caught some bass trolling and some trout bait fishing. We started at 8 AM and concluded at 6:30 PM. The following is the final talley:

Species Number Caught Size Lures

Rainbow 12 Up to 17 inches Gold spinner, gold spoon, worms

Cutthroat 1 15 inches Worm

Largemouth 8 Up to 14 inches Gold spinner, gold spoon, worms

Bluegill approx 50 Up to 8.5 inches Worms
