how thick? snow covered?

Yesterday it was 4" of ice with 4-8" of slush. Fishing was very slow.

I was out there Saturday and the slush on top was frozen, I would guess cumulatively it had 9 inches of hard stuff on it. but fishing was exceptionally slow. the 5 guys in my group didn't even get a bite for 3 hours with 2 holes per person.

Yesterday mantua had 10 inches, no slush, I fished for 5 hours caught 2 fish and had a couple bites. Really slow

Fished yesterday 12-31-15. 4-5" of clear ice covered by 6" of frozen slush.

I fished 12-28-15 for a couple hours and caught 6 trout there was around 7 inches of ice where I was at
