Mouth Reed Elk Calls

My question is how often does everyone buy a new mouth reed elk call? Is there a time limit that I was too dumb and overlooked or is there just a known amount of time? Thanks for the info.

I had some cheapos that i was learning on and they finley went bad this year. so i had them for about five years.Im going to start geting more elk calls so when i get ready to go after them i got what i need. im going to be geting the primos calls. I realy like them. pluse i can get the hoochy momma for the wife to use.I know pro dont like that call but it for the wife and she can use it to help me out.
