I fished Newton yesturday evening with a buddy. The water was very low and muddy, and we caught nothing. The boat ramp was completely out of the water. We trolled around the lake with repalas, then tried casting jigs at the shore. Nothing. We did see a couple of muskies rise. Everyone else seemed to be getting skunked out there as well. We gave up after about an hour and a half and went home.
