Anybody ventured to North Slope to see how much snow is left, i want to go to my spot and see if i can find my bulls shed and hopefully see how he is growing this year but fear there is still 6 feet of snow.
I don't know if this tells you anything for where you are thinking, but I called Kamas Ranger Station yesterday to check on snow at Washington and Wall Lake. They still had 2+ feet of snow, and added 8 more inches Monday and Tuesday.
yea i figured he walked across the border and left them in WY, dont most bulls on N slope venture into Wyoming each year? I have heard a few will stick around but would have to get to lower ground to get out of all the snow and this year that prob mean all the way into WY
North Slope covers a lot area. Something a little more specific would help. I can tell you that Hoop Lake to the Gorge was gone a month ago. It is dry.
