Those things are delicious. I would love to catch one of those. Just don't put your fingers in its mouth. They won't bother any swimmers. Let's go get em!

I like to gut and scale them (be sure to pull out all the fat in the abdominal cavity---tons of it super white and good tasting but extremely rich) salt, pepper stuff with citrus and mangos then either grill or roast whole. Firm white meat very fatty and oily.
