Been loading up some .22 Hornet for a varmint hunting trip coming up and I pulled out some 3x fired brass of various manufacturers that I recently tumbled.

Nearly 30% of the Remington brass was cracked. Not one single Winchester case was cracked and a few PRVI pieces were cracked.

I'm pretty disappointed in Big Green's quality control.

Hornet brass gets very hard to find at times and is fairly expensive for such a little piece of brass. So this amount of failures after only 3 firings really ticked me off. Especially when I can normally get 5-6 firings before the case finally cracks with other brands.

That is all.

Hey Bax, I just checked my ammo supply and I have several boxes (3) of Winchester Super X .22 Hornet probably from the 1960's if you are interested.

I don't know what they are worth.
