We were using crawlers cut in half and we were fishing from a pontoon boat in 21 feet of water. Two of us did the cleaning, but it didn't take long using my Rapala electric filet knife. It may have taken 15 minutes at the most to filet, skin, and trim the rib cage on the lot.

Very nice Bob!
Do you think that the Rock will be worth fishing through the ice this year?
I just drove past it about 2 hours ago and the water sure is low.
How big were the Perch?
Some of them look big and fat!
Good luck with the Duck hunting and see you on the ice!

Dale,

The two largest in the middle row were 12 inches long.

I’m HOPING the Rock will produce through the ice this year.

We brought some of these with us to Texas and had them last night for supper. Boy, I LOVE to eat perch! :D :D :D

Duck hunting will have to wait for another couple of weeks. :( :( :(
