I took my kids to the pump house this afternoon to catch bluegills and we iced about two dozen in an hour and half or so. The kids had a lot of fun.

On my way out I decided to drive around and see if there was somewhere nearby I could launch my boat in the summer time. I found a boat launch just down the road at Saratoga Springs but I couldn't tell if it is available to the public or if it is a private boat launch for residents of the development. There was a gate across the entrance and tire-rippers across the exit. Does anybody know if this boat launch is available to the public, and if so, how much does it cost to use? It would be a lot more convenient for me than the AF harbor. Thanks.

It's private. The Pelican Bay Marina is further south on Redwood Road on the west side of the lake. It's open to the public if it's any closer to you.
