Fished Scofield a few times this last week. Compared to previous years at this time, the fishing is slow. One night it was windy and didn't pick up many from the shore. A few nice fat bellied pigs were being pulled out with minnows but nothing like previous years. Fished it on Friday night from 8 pm to 5 am. Pretty cold. Caught many fish during the night but nothing with size. I'm sure it is excellent in a boat. Seen a few guys catching fish but nothing steady. There was a little bit of ice forming around the edges of the lake late friday night. Won't be long and we'll be on the hardwater!

We had a fire burning all night it wasn't bad as long as you stayed by the fire. 8) My buddy just had some crazy conspiracy that he was going to go, so instead of letting him go alone I went with him. ;) It was a nice nice though... lots of stars out.
