Ok so I’ve heard people talk about sweet potato pie being a thanksgiving staple, and I’ve never had it until today when my brother made one. So I got a couple questions. And I get that people will think differently about this, but I think this will be a good conversation.
Is it supposed to be a dessert or a side dish?
Do you think it’s better than pumpkin pie?
You usually put whipped cream on pumpkin pie, what do you think about putting marshmallows on top of a sweet potato pie or is that a sin?
I’ve heard it’s a Christmas thing in some states, is is an Utah thing too?
