The Ute tribe is suing Utah over the 2019 debacle over Tabby Mountain in an attempt to force Utah to sell them the land. And they may have a case here. I wasn't here when the original sale was attempted and am interested in hearing more of the history than what's covered in the article. Curious to hear other's thoughts.
