I noticed there a quite a few youth archery tags still available. What happens to these tags if no one buys them in July?

I noticed there a quite a few youth archery tags still available. What happens to these tags if no one buys them in July?

Where do you see this at? I thought they only became available in July for the youth:-?. Could you post a link please. Unfortunately my 14 year old didn't draw again. He is 1 for 3.

These permits are available to youth ONLY ....

And surpisingly, there were ALOT that did not sale last year..

Any YOUTH archery tags that go unsold are essentially wasted. They do NOT get transferred or sold to anyone else.
