Thanks. Sure enough, "Tooth Data Unavailable" Maybe they haven't completed it yet. I'm interested to find out. I shot a decent 5-point, wondering if he was too young to be a 6, or if he was just genetically a 5.
Tooth data usually comes out in May-ish, if I remember correctly. It’s hard to trust some of the results I’ve seen. But it’s the best data we have. Unfortunately.
DWR site says tooth aging results for the prior year harvests are typically available in March. I am also anxiously awaiting results from my bull as well. Hope they get listed soon!
I think he is 6.5 plus. From the photo he looks to have an xl head- which usually means 6.5+ . Of course it is hard to judge age off one photo.
Great bull- some bulls never become a 6 point and get passed over by LE hunters. It wouldn't surprise me if you say he is 10+ - or a better photo that show his body size might mean he is a 4yo.
